The bag has a contemporary square shape and smart functionality. With access from both the top and the front, you can easily pack and unpack the main compartment, while you can carry up to 2 racquets in the inside compartment, which is padded for protection. Along with an integrated shoe compartment, the bag has zipper pockets at the front and sides while the backpack straps keep the bag tight to your body for ultimate carrying comfort. As an illustration of how HEAD is trying to reduce plastic usage, the hangtag is made from recycled paper and tied with hemp cord, and the bag is presented in a new recycled plastic bag.

Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap — never machine wash. Empty and air your bag out after every session so sweat and damp kit don't cause odour or mildew, and never store wet towels or clothes inside.
Use the thermal compartment to shield your rackets from heat, avoid overloading the zips, and let the bag dry fully away from direct sun before storing.

Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, including a change of mind.
- Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Customer-requested exchanges: ₹200 or the actual applicable shipping cost, whichever is higher.
- Verified damaged, defective or incorrect products: no customer exchange fee.
- Used or played-with products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Common questions.
Is this right for an intermediate player?
It can be, but it rewards swing speed. If you're a solid intermediate (consistent volleys, comfortable bandejas) you'll love the pop. Early intermediate? Look at a more forgiving control frame while you build technique.
What grip size should I order?
For most adult players in India, L2 (Standard) is the right call. Smaller hands or those who layer two overgrips should pick L1. When in doubt, go smaller — you can always add an overgrip to thicken.
How long will it last?
With normal recreational play (2–3 sessions/week), expect 12–18 months before performance noticeably drops. Apply a frame protector from day one and replace the overgrip every 8–12 sessions.
Do you ship the original box and warranty?
Always. Every racket ships in sealed original packaging with the manufacturer warranty card. We're an authorized distributor — your warranty is honored with us and the brand directly.
Can I return it if it's not the right fit?
Yes — 7-day return window from delivery, as long as the racket is unused and in original packaging. Once played with we can't take it back, but reach out and we'll help you trade up.
