Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can take advantage of our 7-day return/exchange window. Please review our policy below for returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Returns:
Eligibility for Return: Returns are only available if the product has a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product does not meet your expectations.
Unboxing Video Requirement: To prevent false claims, we mandate that customers provide a full unboxing video of the product for any return or exchange-related disputes. No return/exchange requests will be processed without this video.
Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't fit as expected. If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), follow the process below.
A minimum exchange fee of Rs. 200 or the actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) will apply. This covers shipping and handling costs involved in processing the exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
· Exchanges Available: You may exchange an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
· Reasons for Exchange: Common reasons for exchange include size issues or preference for a different colour/style, subject to availability.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Step 1: Contact our support team at support@padlelit.in with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
Step 2: We will verify your request and confirm availability of the requested exchange item.
Step 3: Ship the item you want to exchange back to us in its original and unused condition.
Step 4: Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will ship out the exchanged item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on support@padelit.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
· Unboxing Video Requirement: To process claims of damaged or incorrect items, please provide a full unboxing video to verify the issue. No claims will be processed without this video.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
· Custom-Made or Personalised Products: Any products that are made or customised specifically for you.
· Sale/DOD (Deal of the Day)/ Clearance Sale items.
· Gift cards.

1. Cancellation Policy
· Eligibility: You may cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped.
· How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@padelit.in with your order number and reason for cancellation. This will incur a 2% fee for payment gateway charges.
· Time Frame: Cancellations can only be processed if the item has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow the return/exchange policy.
2. Cancellation after Shipment
· Non-Eligibility for Cancellation: Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to return the item, you must follow our Return Policy for defective items or the Exchange Policy if you're seeking a different size or style.
3. Refunds on Cancellations
· Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the cancellation is processed.
· Time Frame: Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account.
4. Order Modifications
· Before Shipment: If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change size, colour, or quantity), please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before the item is shipped.
· After Shipment: Modifications are not possible after the item has shipped. You will need to follow the Return or Exchange process if you want to make a change.
Refunds and Gift Cards
· Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
· You may only return/exchange items if they meet the return/exchange conditions specified.
· Promotional items may have different return/exchange conditions.
